The student must pick up a leave request form from the registrar from the first floor office. Completed form must be return to the office as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for the office to obtain approval from school administration and inform the teachers. In situations where parents/guardians are not available to sign the form prior to the leave, please send an email to our school registrar confirming that permission has been granted for the leave. The form must be signed next time the parents/guardians visit the school.
