Pathway to KMITL

- an extraordinary opportunity to pursue higher education

King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang International Demonstration School (KMIDS) is renowned for its distinctive “STEAM” curriculum emphasizing holistic education in all subjects, but particularly in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art/Design, and Mathematics. Furthermore, KMIDS implements technologies and innovation in its education to sharpen students’ 21st century skills.

What differentiates KMIDS from the other international schools is our extraordinary academic courses in advance sciences and technologies that prepare our senior students for entering into top-tier universities in Thailand and around the world. Those courses include the College Board AP program with focuses on Science, Math and Computer Science subjects, and a distinctive program called “Pathway to KMITL”.

What is Pathway to KMITL?

The Pathway to KMITL program is a KMIDS’s program offering senior students opportunities to take college-level courses at KMITL university.

KMIDS students who enroll in this program will gain considerable advantages as they can experience university courses which feature conducting academic projects within their field of interest as well as taking university examinations.

Similarly, KMIDS pathway students will attend the same classes that KMITL first-year undergraduate students attend, and learn with the experienced KMITL professors who are subject-matter experts in their fields. Furthermore, the Pathway students can earn the school credits from the Pathways courses.

Also, KMIDS senior students who enrolled in the Pathway Program will be offered opportunities to achieve quota on entering to the faculty they selected.
