KMIDS takes an essential step towards the “Metaverse”.
Together with KMITL Interactive Digital Center (KIDC), KMIDS takes an essential step towards the “Metaverse”.
The digital universe called “Metaverse” has been created using various kinds of novel technology, including Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), that allow people to connect each other through the virtual space. KMIDS considers that this technology will exert a far-reaching and powerful effect on Earth as it can change society in many aspects, including education.
Therefore, KMIDS joined the KMITL Interactive Digital Center (KIDC) Inauguration Ceremony on November 24, 2021, to provide students opportunities to experience this technology beforehand. Our students got the chance to study virtual human organs like a doctor and work at a construction site like an engineer. Henceforth, KMIDS will collaborate with KIDC to launch the educational program that allow KMIDS to participate!
