Tuition Fees Information
After the results announcement, the qualified candidates should confirm their enrollment student status by making payment within the due date of payment for each round. Payment details are summarized in the table shown below.

Foundation Course in July: Foundation course fee is 35,000 THB (Including lunch and snacks) for new students who pass an examination with the conditions.
Dormitory fee (If applicable) for Academic Year 2024 – 2025 (for 10 months from mid-August until June) is 120,000 THB which includes accommodation, dormitory activities, cleaning, laundry, transportation, breakfast, dinner, electricity, water, and internet services.
Transportation Fee (If applicable) is a 2 – way journey to and from Ladkrabang Airport Link station. The transportation fee is 30,000 THB which is a fixed rate for 2 – way transport for the year according to the school calendar.
ROTC (Military Training for male students in Grade 10-12) cost in different Grade level as following:
● For Grade 10, it costs 8,000 THB including the uniforms and registration fee.
● For Grade 11-12, it costs 2,000 THB including the registration fee only.
● School vans are optional: 3,000 THB
Discounts
The school offers the following discounts:
Early Bird Discount: New students who pass the 1st round of admission and pay the entire tuition fees upfront will receive a 10% discount.
2nd Round Discount: Students who pass the 2nd round of admission and pay the full tuition fees will receive a 5% discount.
Students can choose only one option from the current student discount and sibling discount offers.
Prompt Payment Discount: Current students who pay the entire tuition fee in one go will receive a 2% discount.
Families with multiple children attending the school will enjoy a 10% discount on tuition fees for the second (2nd) child onwards.
Payment Policy and Withdrawal Guidelines
Presented below are the Payment Policy and Withdrawal Guidelines of the school.
Parents are kindly requested to pay the school Tuition and Fees through one of the following methods:
1. By bank transferring or E-banking
- To KMIDS’s SCB Bank account no: 088-260770-1
Please send the payment slips back to the Finance Department via finance@kmids.ac.th
2. Payment by Visa and Mastercard is accepted; however, please be aware that transactions using these cards may be subject to an additional charge of 1.8% for amounts exceeding 100,000 THB. (The credit card fee rates may be subject to change depending on the circumstances.)
3. By Cashier’s Check, payable to “ King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang International Demonstration School” (Personal Checks are not accepted)
4. Credit card installment payment ( To be announced )
Any overdue payments will be subject to a 3% late administration fee per month based on the total invoice amount from the due date. Students with outstanding fees will not be allowed to participate in school activities. If an account remains delinquent for more than 45 days, the student may be asked to withdraw from KMIDS.
New students must submit a deposit of 70,000 THB (Security and Textbook Deposit). These deposits are refundable upon the student’s departure from the school, provided there are no outstanding debts.
For students who withdraw before the semester starts:
● New students: All Tuition and Fees, except for the Registration Fee, are refundable.
● Current students: Tuition and Fees are refundable if all payments for the present semester have been made, and all clearance requirements are met before returning the refundable fees. However, failing to meet the withdrawal notification deadlines will result in the forfeiture of the Re-enrollment Deposit, if applicable.
For students who withdraw after the semester starts:
● All fees are non-refundable.
